Microsoft-native ITSM tooling
Orbit is service management built on tooling your organisation already runs: Microsoft 365 for identity and collaboration, SharePoint Online for the data, Power Automate for workflow, and Teams for approvals. It runs on infrastructure you already have, and it doesn't ask you to stand up anything new to trust.
Microsoft Entra ID
Identity and single sign-on. People sign in with the Microsoft work account they already use — no separate login to manage.
SharePoint Online
Tenant data lives in your own SharePoint Online, not a third-party database sitting outside your tenant.
Power Automate
Optional workflow automation, layered on where it earns its place and left out where it doesn’t.
Microsoft Teams
Approvals arrive in Teams with approve and reject inline, so approvers act where they already work instead of opening another app.
Orbit itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your service management data stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant — not ours.
